Our Mayordomos take the following precautions & measures to combat the spread of germs and viruses. Our Mayordomos take steps to do their part in keeping everyone healthy. These include:

  • we keep at least 1.5 m distance
  • we do not shake hands
  • we disinfect equipment between jobs
  • we clean while you are not in the room
  • we wash our hands regularly and use fresh and changeable disposable gloves
  • we wear fresh respirators (FFP2) on the way to you and when you are at home

A Deep Clean is recommended for all initial cleanings by Mayordomo. It gives us extra time to maintain any areas that may have been overlooked during Regular Cleans in the past. After the first Deep Clean, most clients switch to a Regular Clean.

You can make a one-time booking or a regular booking on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Monthly cleaning is also possible.

To cancel your subscription, simply contact our customer support by email or phone and provide your name and email address under which the subscription was made.

There is no minimum subscription period. We only ask that you commit to at least 2 cleaning appointments – after the second appointment you can cancel your subscription without consequences. If you are not sure whether the subscription is suitable for you, we recommend that you take advantage of the one-off cleaning service.

There is no minimum booking period or notice period.

To subscribe to a cleaning service, you must book a „regular cleaning“. Our customer service will contact you by email or phone to discuss further details.

No, the cleaning materials must be provided to Mayordomo on site. We recommend the following equipment: hoover, mop with bucket, all-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, descaler, toilet cleaner, various rags, sponges, feather dusters or dusters of your choice.

No, iron and ironing board must be provided to the Mayordomo.

Depending on the scope of the work, between one and three Mayordomos will come to you.

No. All our prices are fixed prices. If several Mayordomos are cleaning, they will be ready in a shorter time.

No. The Mayordomo only needs to be guaranteed access to your home.

If you have a washer and/or dryer at home, your Mayordomo can absolutely wash and fold your laundry for you! Be sure to add as an extra during the checkout process so that the Mayordomo can be sure to allow enough time to clean your flat and still have time for laundry (it will add an extra hour to your booking).

You can claim our service for tax purposes. You will be reimbursed 20% of the expenses (max. €4000 per year) for your cleaner by the tax office. This reduces the price (e.g. €77 per appointment – 20%) to €61.60. More on:

Yes, you will receive an invoice of your booking by email to the email address you provided 24 hours after the order has been executed.

We see our satisfaction guarantee as an important commitment to our customers. If an appointment is not carried out to your complete satisfaction, a notification of defects within 24 hours after the appointment is carried out is sufficient. We will then immediately arrange an appointment for a free follow-up cleaning.

If you were satisfied with the service, your Mayordomo will be happy to receive a tip. This is in no way expected of you.
